The Project Design and Planning phase results in a report that forms the “Blueprint” of the project and is at the heart of any system implementation project undertaken by DATABEST. It is a controlled process that involves a Gap and Requirement Analysis, which ensures that Client’s business objectives acquire a predominant status in all activities carried out by DATABEST in relation to system implementation and delivery. PDP ensures that the project is accurately conducted and is delivered within the agreed time schedule and budget. The broad deliverables of the PDP report are: 1. Mapping of Business Processes 2.
